Just highlight their text (using Microsoft Word) and see what the font setting is at the top of the screen.

If you have microsoft office you can copy and paste the messages on there. Then select the message and see in the fonts area what they are using.It should say right up on top what the font is.

press drop down font on microsoft word, you will see all fonts there and compare
