Because no matter how scary it is or how much it seems to freak you out you can rest asure that in the end its only a movie and its not real.
But it gets your adreneline pumping and your chills working and the suspense is the best part. Then BAM, somthing scares you and jumps out of nowhere and its jsut exciting.

The adrenaline gets pumping, the mind goes into overdrive and I just really enjoy it! The truth about it is; that there is some body science to it! You see; when we're scared or afraid, our body produces more adrenaline incase we need to run away from the source of our fear; and adrenaline is like a drug to some people. Hence the term 'Adrenal Junkies', people can be addicted to being afraid.

For me , it's cause , I like Violence , an i love watching people get cut up an beat.
I'm not a person who likes the Cute lil storie Book endings , of "Oh were soo in love" .. that's not my thing ..
I love the Beatings , the slashers , Oh my the Violence is just f-ing wonderful , make me feel really warm inside ..

the jobs for women are basically written that way. i may be no longer something like them. while me and my pals have been gazing Texas Chainsaw bloodbath the start I instructed my pals that if we ever have been given into that subject and that i escaped to no longer anticipate me to come back help them haha terrible i understand yet I figured getting police help or swat in spite of is extra effective than i may be

Because it keeps you on the edge of your seat. It's suspenseful and it kind of gives you a rush, especially when things pop up out of nowhere and they play that loud *** drum/violin sound at the same time. Heart attack.

the same reason people like roller coasters. We like to have a taste of being scared. Just a small glimpse of real terror. Probably to reaffirm that their life isn't that bad.

i have no idea why- i think horror movies scare the living crap out of me- i like to stick with musicals like grease and high school musical

When you are scared you adreneline increases and as humans we are adreneline junkies! (dont' you find that if you leave something to the last minute to do, it always turns out the best?)
