If not there, I think I've seen it at the Bookstore/Internet Cafe on Connecticut on the north edge of Dupont Circle -- I can't remember the name, but it's up the hill form Ruth's Chris and just south of the gym -- good coffe there too.

Probably at a large newstand. There should be a large newstand in the subway system.
