You can try some Black Jack tar, the thick stuff. No guarantees though, you need to re-do the whole thing.

I just repaired mine. I bought silicone and a caulking gun and sealed where ever the roof meets with the house, around skylight, etc. Then I bought a big metal bucket of roof tar. After I swept all the leaves off the roof, I dipped a big square broom type spreader and coated the roof. Cost me all of $45.00 and so far, so good.
