Only within 7 days of the original purchase and less than 60 min. of used minutes on the phone.
They suck... I just switched to Sprint/Nextel yesterday...

Yes I did it and they will let you trade it and they will take something off of the phone that you are about to purchase.They took my phone for 50.00 and took that off the phone I purchased.Metro has come up.
