Why most of Asian & African Countries are more corupted countries ?

i believe it has to do with economics.

When a person can earn a wage great enough to live comfortably, the incentive for corrupt behavior is greatly diminished.

This, in combination with clear cut and consistent criminal penalties for this type of behavior can virtually eliminate it in societies.

This can be said of all countries, not just in African and Asia.
Mexico and Russia are prime examples. Its just human nature.

It is not correct to say that most Asian and African countries are highly corrupt. Some countries in Latin America are not far behind.
In Asia itself, there is less corruption in China, Japan, Vietnam etc.
The main reason for the corruption are i) poverty and poor education accompanied by high population, which does not allow right type of representatives to be elected, ii) If the countries have been under foreign domination for long, and iii) if their religious beliefs have been weakened by efforts of conversion.

Today's world is very competitive. Everyone is running behind the money for the sake of status and comfort. In developed countries there are many ways to get money by proper ways. But Asia & Africa are the continents having most of their countries undeveloped. Also job opportunities are less due to less industrialisation. In short, the ways to earn money are less. But the people all over the world are greedy including Asia & Africa. Thus people try wrong ways to earn easy money, leading to corruption. Thats all.
