What steps you would follow?

How much money you would demand?

I would identify it's unique selling points, is there a market demand for your product (if so, produce your data), present production costs, retail price etc.

Not sure about "how much to demand", would probably depend on answers to the above. It really comes down to supply & demand.

First, I would register the recipe with a patent pending or something.(see a lawyer on this)

Then, I would find an easy way to get some blind test studies. Maybe at a university or other school. Maybe at a confectionery business/factory.

See if people love it.

Then I would hire someone to market it for me.
Need a name, a logo and slogan.

Then I would present it to all potential manufacturing companies that may want to bottle or can it. ( unless you also want to go into that business)

There is a company in Southern California, made a soft drink... was coffee flavoured....had a strange name, ... Big Head Soda.
(Because of the way it foamed)
Those guys did it on their own. See if you can find them and get some ideas. I live in the Middle East now so I don't know if they made it all these years or not. That was in 95' or so.

How much? Tough one. Depends. Want to sell the rights or just get it bottled and retailed? I have no idea what a super secret recipe like this is worth.

Best of luck.
