to prevent the people with the least amount of education and resources from bringing the majority of children into the world? I'm not saying they can't have any children. Maybe limit them to one child per woman.

Who has the right to tell people how many kids they can have? I mean it's a fact that most lower income people have children they can't financially provide for but trying to regulate something like that is nearly impossible unless you're also going to implement mandatory sterilization. Not even the government wants to go there. You can't take away people's God given right to reproduce by saying only rich people can have as many kids as they want. Rich kids are just as screwed up as poor kids a lot of the time because their parents are off trying to make more money. Good question though.

No because you do not have to have a degree to raise a child. And no one can tell a woman how many children to have. That's just crazy.I have three kids and they make A's and B's in school. And are very good kids.Because I take the time to teach them and work with them.If I do not know something I will get the answer for them. All it takes is time love and Patience.

I am so leaving this one alone...

Will say that I don't think it has anything to do with education... really. It's more about a willingness to care for your children and be a good parent. Education doesn't give you that.

But, if someone can't afford to support their children financially, that's another story and THAT's the one I'm leaving alone. :)

Would be nice but we need the population to fill the minimum wage jobs and a little difficult to enforce.
