My engagement ring and on rare occasions my grandmother's wedding ring. Once I get my wedding ring resized correctly I'll wear that except for when I need to ride the bus. Don't need anyone on the bus to be seeing my diamonds. Not a good thing where I live.

I wear my wedding band and engagement ring, a mother's ring that my husband had designed for me as a gift from our little ones on Mother's day, and a Sapphire ring my husband gave me for Christmas last year. They all mean a lot.

At the present no, I used to wear one on each finger, but I work in health care and have to wash my hands very frequently so I don[;t wear many anymore, but I still have them all and do wear them when I go out.
