You have Windows media player?
Goto the rip tab and click rip CD. If you don't have the right software it might not become mp3 it will be another file type. If so download Windows media player 10, it has mp3 capabilities.
Then after that go to the sync tab. and put all tracks on the sync list. then sync.

use copy to cd from media player, but the only thing is it might need a third party cd burning software like roxio or nero. If not try Burn4Free. Google it, I think it's Burn4Free.com can't recall. Once installed burn it to your desktop and transfer to your mp3 player.
