I use cayenne pepper in my foods and in beverages such as tea, lemonade and even kool aid drinks. I don't think that it is a coincidence because I rarely have colds. Before ingesting the cayenne pepper, I had colds all over the place. Also, now when I get on the bus or use any kind of public transportation, I take the wipes with me. This helps to greatly remove germs that would otherwise affect me. Remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

I used to work with a guy who, each day, would eat a whole spanish onion, as if he was eating an apple.
Never saw him with a cold
Don't know whether it was due to the onions influence, or whether no-one would go near him 'cos of the niff !

I doubt it would have any effect on the actual virus, but it might help with the symptom of a blocked nose - clear it right out!!
