Cool or Scary?
I love them, but I don't like them to be too dangerous!

I love thunderstorms, mainly because of the energy within one. Another very exciting thing about thunderstorms is the lightning, including the thunder. The high winds are also a very exciting part of a thunderstorm.
The only thing that I hate about thunderstorms is the electromagnetic field created by the lightning, which messes up some vulnerable devices, and stuff like that.

They are a lot of fun to watch. Just beautiful. Back when I lived in Pearl City, it was always a danger of the Wabash flooding. Out little town was prone to floods. Everyone had a little john boat in tied to their mail box just in case. The good part of the flood is it made it easy to gather crawfish. Once we were fishing for some crawfish on the Wabash, and lightning hit Jelly Jam Jar Johnson's boat. It was alright, but it was scary.

Thunder isn't dangerous, it is air masses colliding.
The lightening that accompanies the thunder is the problem!
I like them, especially now that I live somewhere where they are pretty much non-existent. I get very excited when I hear thunder nowadays!

Love them. Listen to Beethoven Pastoral symphony. You can smell the rain it is so beautiful

They are tied on my top list with aurora borealis (northern lights) and meteor showers... I love the smell of rain!
