I have connected all wires to speakers and to the pc and made sure that the wires were tight and correct. But, when i try to listen to the speckers then there is no sound. I am also positive that there is correct voltage to the speakers. My speakers ID or possible model is SP-689/Multimedia Speaker. Note: these speckers are 3D provided speakers just in case you might need to know that.

Check your inside the PC, the audio cable connecting the CDROM/DVDROM Drive to the System board might be missing.

The most elementary thing that might be wrong is that the speakers are plugged into the wrong jack on the back of your PC. I've fixed this for a lot of people.

Check for:

1) Sound volume from pc.
2) Check for audio hardware, reinstall it.
