my xpsp2 does not run autocad2006 so what do i do this cannot be installed. It terminated with fatal error?

I have a pc on which XPSP2 is installed and updated yet it does not allow me to install autocad 2006, saying that the installation is terminated due to fatal error so what do I do and how do I overcome this problem?

it would be more helpful if i had more info on the problem, like error number etc... but check this out i reckon it is the error ur getting...
