Would you still vote for a democrat in congress if you knew that the dems and Soros had this information on Foley for over six months?

Would do you think of people who would sit on this for over six months and wait until right before elections to release it?

People are saying Hastert should resign because he knew about this scandal, if that is the case should all of the Democrats resign as well since they knew about this six months ago?

Do you find people who sit on this kind of stuff dishonorable? Is this the kind of person you want in congress? Seems like Foley is going to do the honorable thing and resign, maybe the Dems that knew about this six months ago are dishonorable and should not be in congress leading the country.

America wants honorable people in congress. I think all dems should resign as a result of this.

DEEJay - the democrats and some of the MSM has known about the emails since last November. I never said foley was honorable, he is disgusting to me, but he quit and that action was honorable. Do you remember Gerry Studds, how did the dems treat him, did he do the right thing. The hypocrisy is disgusting. The dems should have outed this almost a year ago. What if foley had flipped and hurt one of the pages, whose fault would it have been then.

What if this proves to be a case of entrapment, but not by law enforcement but by political enemies? Would that change your mind on who to vote for?
The FBI is on the case and soon we will know who knew what and when they knew it. This is going to be fun.

This story just gets better and better. I heard today that the FBI has determined no crime has been committed, unlike perjuring oneself.

I could never vote for a Democrat again. I was liberal before I started learning that the media was lying for them. The more I learn about the truth the less I like the Democrat party.

The dems of the JFK era where more like the Republican party is today. The Democat party of today is run by the George Soros socialist ultra far left. It's a shame because it once was a good party that cared about America and Americans.

Who I'll vote for is another problem. I just know who I won't vote for. I wish another party could get votes, but we learned in 1992 that a third party causes more problems than they solve.

Technically I fall more in line with the Libertarian party, I think, but they'll never get into power, so what's the use?

If I felt the Democrat was a better choice for the country than the Republican candidate, then I would vote for him. The fact the Democrats (and Republicans) knew a long time ago about the scandal and waited until the most opportune time is nothing new. You don't believe the Republicans wouldn't use this in the same manner if possible. All these guys, both parties, are crooked. They all lie, cheat, steal, commit crimes, and are generally dishonorable. Remember, lawyers, politicians, and contractors are all crooked, you just have to find the least crooked one. By the way, all the people saying the vote Democratic because they are hungry or poor, think about this. A large portion of there base is the "underclass" so to speak. If this group of people would move to middle class, then they would have to actually foot the bill for all of these wonderful programs. At that point you would stop voting Democratic because you would see how much of you income is pissed away. Now the Democrats lost about 2/3 of their voting base. Do you really think they would allow this to happen? They want you to be poor and dependant on their "generosity". Who is really keeping you down (besides yourself).

So - basically - you want to paint an entire political party a certain way based on the actions of a few? You can't be that dumb.

If the Foley issue had been addressed by the Republican leadership when it actually happened - then this news wouldn't be breaking so close to election time. The only way this is going to affect the election is ONE seat....Foley's seat in Florida - that will go Democrat because of this scandal -- but it won't affect much else, nor should it!...because Americans aren't dumb enough to paint the entire Republican party as child molesters!

And - listen - it works both ways....how many examples do you want of the Republicans coming out with news just prior to an election for the sole purpose of destroying opponents? You guys even do it within your own PARTY!!!

Karl Rove helped Bush destroy McCain by putting out a bogus news story that he had a black lovechild. Rove/Bush actually played upon racism in South Carolina to win that state in the primary in 2000....disgusting.

There are already rumors going around that Rove has TOLD Conservative insiders that the GOP has an October surprise planned for this month. Former Sen. Gary Hart believes that one possibility is an attack on Iran's nuclear program, and possibly a broader attack aimed at regime change.

This works both ways....don't be a hypocrite.

you have some problems with definitions. Jews are ordinarily liberal, because of the fact who is familiar with? historic factors. Many Jews have been traditionally undesirable, lived in ghettos (the place the word replaced into coined), generally gadgets of prejudice and mock, and rather some, unorthodox Jews have a pragmatism it is such as atheism somewhat than the stupid religious literalism of the Southern conservative baptist. Democrats frequently vote for Israel, yet leftists do unlike Israel. The Democrat Wilson, for sure, help create Israel. Many Liberals are caught in between. somewhat the Allied Powers had no enterprise coming up a state in Israel, however the least they could do replaced into put in an Allied u . s .. Arizona, US could have been an excellent selection. yet on the time, conservatives did no longer like Jews the two. Why do Republicans like a Jewish state in the middle east? traditionally, they imagined a base wherein to seize Mid-East oil. Now, this is basically a thank you to channel protection spending back to the U. S. protection companies. the two aspects now play to the vast Jewish inhabitants in manhattan, which some estimates are better than the state of isreal.

I can believe you said Mark Foley is doing the honorable thing by resigning. WHAT!!!!!! He is only resigning because he got caught schmuck. I'm sorry I never call people names on this forum but anyone willing to stick up for this scum bag in my book is scum too. If Dems held back info then they should be held to the same standards as Republicans, and should be fired or brought up on charges. I want to take everyone down who is in on this not just Republicans. Check yourself and you morals because if you think one thing this Foley guy has done is honorable then you have no idea of what honor really is. I was Marine you can ask me anytime

Hastert called for an investigation of who knew about this and WHEN they knew about it! If only that could happen...I'd wager the Dems would have as much fat in the fire as Foley.

I think Barney Franks should replace Foley...He could open an annex of his Georgetown under age male homosexual brothel in Florida! Democrats defended him to the hilt then...And everyone knows an E-Mail is worse than lurid contact for money!

Yeah, you are correct, democrats are evil, republicans are the only righteous ones who follow the one true God and read the one true Word of God. Republicans would never do the unethical and immoral things democrats do. We should write a law that in order to be eligable to be voted to office, one must embrace conservatism and repent from any sort of liberal thinking. Add in there that one must eliminate taxes on the rich and tell the poor to get lost and that one must go to war at least once per term with a dictator. Finally, one must lie to the American public as often as possible about reasons for going to war, how bad the war is going and what one's true intentions are regarding the price of oil.

There, now we have a government our asker can live with.

In my opinion, America was disgraced when they voted philandering Bill Clinton into the presidency. Then further dishonored our country when they re-elected him. Now, nothing surprises me. Obviously, Foley is sick and needs to be out of congress and punished for what he did. What's their excuse. What they did is as despicable as what he did.

Not all Democrats are dishonest politically or otherwise and this goes for Republicans as well. However, if you look for a totally honest Congressman then it is like looking for a needle in a haystack but there are some who I would trust. Perhaps I can find one in this coming election?????
