A proxy server [not site] is an alternative to your existing server; so what's the question?
If your administrator has blocked one proxy server which you used to go around the limitations on your comp at school/college or the office, they'll have blocked the word "proxy", unless he's utterly stupid, which I doubt. So, give up, already!
