Give me their jobs. I'm not too lazy to learn. How are these "idiotic" people getting jobs in the first place? Coz they know someone or come from the right place? Erg.
Don't tell them how to do everything. Help them when you can, but...sometimes, especially if it's a repeat of something you already helped them do, make sure someone higher knows, in some subtle, polite way, that others seem to have to help that one.
"So and so sure seems like s/he could use an assistant...." Or to that effect. I'm sure you're diplomatic and know what not to say at your own business....

I know what you mean. I worked with an 18-year-old the other night and he actually kept piling the work onto me and then we got out late and we were questioned about it yesterday and he said there was just so much to do. I told them it was his fault because he just gave it all to me and didn't come over and help. And when he's in the position he was the other night, he makes more money and he's our newest employee!! The 20-year-old who trained him is just as bad.

Just tell them to go and ask the bosss he knows all things.

well, I don't know how to solve the problem, but, I can tell you to get used to it b/c in all my jobs (that I got w/ my College degree) I have the exact same problem, it just expected.
