I tend to think Japanese horror movies are better because the atmosphere and situations are just as creepy as the villian/monster. They also do not have to rely on gore as much.

jap stuff is much better. The memories are darker and creepier. the jap directors do no longer could difficulty plenty approximately scary diverse purpose audiences like the people do... the jap action pictures are suitable horror movies while the yank variations are meant for mainstream launch...
