I have had two c-sections (my first was breech and I had gestational diabetes with my second making a VBAC not possible) and my Dr. has informed me that I can only safely have one more. That's not to say that I couldn't have more, but he stressed that for my own safety and the safety of my child I should only have one more c-section (total of 3).
Hope this helps!

C-sections are used for delivery mormaly when the baby is in trouble or when the baby is breach or transverse lie, or face brow. or when the pelvic area is too small for the baby's head and body to pass through or for conditions like placenta abrupto, and praveia they are safe alternatives for people with those condtions and depending on each pregnacy the way the incision is done classical incision is the one where you always have to have repat ones bikini cuts can normally try to have normal vaginal births. previous adominal surgeries also are now being used also for ceaseran deliveries.. it's her 4th child she may not want any more children anyway.

She can have as many as she wants. There is an increased risk of uterine rupture after multiple c/s but only if you labor. The contractions put stress on the scar which can lead to the rupture. If she continues to have scheduled c/s, there's little risk.

Have a friend that was told by dr's no more children after the third c-section because the lining of her uterus was too thin (because of the previous c-sections). If her dr thinks its ok then surely it will be. I think it differs from person to person

I think the important thing is that they are not so close from each other because you have to give time for the scar to heal but if she asked her doctor and he said it was ok then I gues it is ok!
