A lot of times you can just right click the icon on the system tray on the bottom right and disable it.

Depending on your ISP and/or email program, there are a few ways to do this:
* Add the sender's email address to your address book
* Add the website domain to your whitelist (ask your ISP how)
* Create a rule in Outlook to deliver to the inbox and not send to the junk e-mail folder
