I've thrown surprise parties for almost everyone I know, including my whole family. But no one's ever thrown one for me.

No. Nobody has ever thrown me a surprise party. They all want to make sure I show up. That and my wife hates surprises.

Yep. My family threw me a wedding shower and so did my friends. Both times were surprises. You'd think I would've realized the trick after the first one.

The party was nice... it was weird to have people put in so much effort for me. It was very lovely.

Lol yes, but I figured it out and I had to act all surprised when it happened. I was mad at myself. =P I think the surprise is like 10x better than the actual party (well, it should be).

Yes. It was nice to see all the effort that went into it and rather unnerving to see so many smiling faces staring expectedly at me! I agree with kathie on this, the surprise was actually better than the party itself!

Yes! It was hilarious because I decorated for it myself. I was told the party was for my cousin and halfway through the Happy Birthday song everyone turned at me and yelled my name. I laughed for a long time.

nope. I'm not that well loved or liked. If someone actually did that. It would be great. Alas this world is about "ME ME ME ME". Chuck Norris plays poker with the devil on Wed. nights
