He was upset for a second, but got happy when he realized he was king of the US and he can torture, detain, search any American whenever he wants.

Sometimes there's a little truth in jest.
I doubt Foley is Bush's type, but by the same token Bush wouldn't care about Foley's actions as long as he's a Republican.
After all the only thing that matters to this Administration is "Are you with us, or against us." This is regardless of the Constitution or the moral issues that have been violated.

What Foley did was perfectly alright. Remember Clinton got impeached for getting a head job from an 18 year old female. And that's BAD. The republicans do not do any thing wrong and don't you forget that!!!
