I have the same problem, i have a very low credit rating, thus am not allowed a loan or to have a credit card... however i am in permanent employment.
i haven't tried this, but there is a broker you can ring on 08009166379 who will lend you £500 cash straight away

go to work? live within your means? extra job? family or friend loan if you can pay back?
