Ok first of all, dont panic. This is the worst thing taha you could do and will onyl make you feel worse-increaed heart rate, sweaty palms etc etc!

If your period was due on the 16th of september, it is significantly late. (over 2 weeks!) but there is still no need to panic.

There could be lots of different reasons as to why you havent had your period-you could be pregnant (ONLY if you have unprotected sex, havent worn a condom, or taken the contraceptive pill etc!)

Or, it could also be down to stress, your body or other reaons. I found that in the past, my period would be quite late during my a level exams, as i was under a HUGE amount of stress.

Then, the more i worried about my missd period (liek you are) the more stressed i became-and so the later my period was!

If you were bleeding after sex, are you sure that this wasnt your period? It might have been just a very light one? Periods are often unpredictable and change in their cycle and timings and how long they last over the years, so just be aware of this.

The other explanation to why you wree bleeding after sex, is that sometimes, (I have read) when you are pregnant, you bleed slightly. But do not panic. I would highyl doubt that you have a seirous medical condition such as a blockage etc. You can often only see the negative side of things when you are very worried!

My advice to you is to book a doctors appointment immediately and not to put it off, but to go and get it over with. If you are worried, go along with someone you trust (mum, friend etc) and if you think it might help, write a list of your symptoms down for the doctor.

I might also suggest a pregnancy test just to go on the safe side (your doctor should also recommend this)

At the end of the day, think positive and youll be ok!

Good luck xx

Don't think bleeding right after sex has anything to do with pregnancy. But the missed period could be a sign. Best to see a doctor. Or take a home pregnancy test. If it comes out negative it may relieve you of some worries, then you may start your period. If you are stressed about the possibility of being pregnant, that can cause a late period.

Have you ever had sex before? If this was your first time, it's normal to bleed.

there are many things that can cause periods to be late and can cause bleeding during sex, yes you could still be pregnnt, with what you went through go to the doctor for the blood test and have an ultrasound to see what the cause is some women still have a small period during pregnacy, but condition such as cancer, fibroids, endometrios, can also do it, also placenta praevia causes problems at any stage of pregnancy, placenta praevia is where the baby implanted into the uterus too low and too close to the cervix, also ectopic pregnacies cause those problems too. so go see your doctor rightaway and get some x-rays and blood work done.rightaway.

the bleeding after sex should be talked through with your GP if you want to conceive this normally happens around 13 to 14 days after you start your period.

i lost blood after sex with both f my pregnancy's, after consulting my doctor he told me avoid intercourse while pregnant.
but i would highly recommend you consult your doctor as bleeding after intercourse could also be a sign of a abnormal smear as this happened t me last year i had the all clear from a smear result then abut six months later i started to bleed after sex and went to see my doctor who done a smear and it came back positive at grade 3,i had treatment and have now had the all clear, hope you get it checked out and get the news you want.

Have you taken a pregnancy test? If not, I'd suggest that'd be your first port of call. If it turns out that your not pregnant, then make an appointment to see your GP!

there is a simple answer to this question. TAKE A PREGNANCY TEST. you know, they sell them in every drugstore. if you are pregnant it will be positive, if negative you are not. plain and simple. it has nothing to do with your tubes. since you have internet, why not search and learn about the normal menstrual cycle and pregnancy

Why haven't you taken a test yet?
As for the bleeding after sex... It happens. Maybe it was a little to rough.
