I think that you should finish early, and book a holiday as soon as you can - it sounds like you really need it. In the meantime keep busy, that way the time will pass much quicker!

Can you really face having to go back to your desk after an hours lunch break, I couldn't either, finish earlier and make the most of the extra hour at the end of the day instead.

Quite clearly you say you are leaving early, and will shorten your lunch break as a result. In reality you take your hour surfing the net and dragging out the eating of your lunch........
By the time your early departure comes no-one will care less anyway.....

If I were in your situation, I would carry on and go home early. Just think...and hour early and I am sure you don't want to have a lunch and then have to go back to work??

No! Don't go home early. Devote your unwanted lunch break to learning how to spell and punctuate correctly. You obviously need some improvement in that area.

Sandwich at your desk and go home early - beat the rush and put your feet up for an hour.

depends on what you have to do this afternoon and how long is your lunch break. If it's 30 mns, don't even bother going, and get ready to go back home early.

How about take half of lunch, or as long as it takes you to eat, then take the rest off the end of the day. That way you get both, hurrah
