The superhero has to be totaly made up, so the name needs to be something new.(so things like dr who can't be used)

How about Michael J Fox, he travelled back to the future. Of course you would have to stand in hole to get the height right. O' and borrow a D'Lorean.

Failing that how about a Cyberman from Doctor Who or even a Dalek. The travelled in time.
