Yes I have someone in my family who was raped as a young girl as well, and she had three children, the only thing she had to deal with was the emotional part of the rape, that was harder for her than the physical. You may want to see your doctor though, explain the situation to him and he can check to see if there is any damage that was done.

You being raped has nothing to do with you being able to concieve. (Some times women get pregnate from being raped.)
I speak from experience. I was raped by my boyfriend's cousins (3 of them at the same time) when I was 14. I then had a child at 18. I was raped 2 more times (separate times) after her birth. I am now married and have gotten pregnate 2 more times (one etopic, one miscarriage) but that was due to endometriosis not due to the rapes. You must take care of yourself and you will be ok. Pray (even though you may think it may not help). Try God. He has never failed me yet (and never will). Fear is a lie. If you believe the lies they will become like the truth to you. Worrying will not help it will only cause you stress that will make it hard for you to get pregnate. What happened in the past is the past. What got you through that? (Someone must have loved you to save you).
Gather your strength for you will have to be strong for the child that you will be blessed with. Your testimony is being created so that you will be able to guide others through. Nothing is impossible for God. Everything happens for a reason greater than ourselves. May your wishes come true (but be careful what you wish for).

The best person to answer that question would be your gynecologist. I know that it depends on the physical damage that could have been done at the time of rape. There are many different factors involved. Since I am not an expert on this just know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and I wish you the best.
God bless!

This is a serious issue. Please do not take much of what some of the people on here have said to heart. Rape is a very personal issue and each one is not like the rest.
You must see a physician who specializes in trauma such as yours. You need to see someone who has a sensitive side and you should not be afraid to ask the staff of the Doctor if they are that person....Your care and your ability to be comfortable is important...

Go see a doctor for your answers...that is important.

sorry to hear such a terrible act happened to you. it depends on the amount of injury you substained as normally you should be able to, try an ovulation test to see if you are ovulating and coincide sexual intercourse to the 2 days before and through the time of ovulation into a day after early morning if ti don't work you can go to the doctor for an x-ray called a salpinography or gram to see if your fallopian are blocked. and your boyfriend or husband could also get a sperm count done. also

I'm so sorry to hear about your trauma. I believe most women are still able to conceive after a rape. In order to know for sure you should go to your ob/gyn and explain the situation to them for a checkup. Chances are that if they haven't noticed anything unusual already I would think that you are just fine but it never hurts to check.

Bless, you poor thing! It shouldn't be a problem for you to have kids, unless some serious physical damage was done (in which case you'd have known about it at the time). Good luck for when you try! X

depends on how old you were when you were raped. anything before the age of 8, the chances are that you might have had damage done to your female organs.

You should be able to concieve as long as there wasn't severe damage done. Talk to you OB/GYN to be sure but as long as you have periods and your uterus isn't damaged( which is usually noticed by your doctor) i wouldn't worry to much.

It saddens me to think of what happened to you from some SICK asshole.

I hope you get pregnant with no problems.
