Hi all, I'm wearing foam earplugs for sleeping every night, is that ok to my ears if i do that every single night for long terms? will it affect my ears?

Thank you

My wife snores badly, so I wear earplugs every night.
It should not do any harm to your hearing if you make sure that you have clean fingers, when inserting plugs, and be sure to thoroughly clean your ears when showering. never put anything smaller than your little finger into your ears, and be aware that wax may build up in your ears naturally, and you may compact this and would need to have your ears syringed. This does not hurt, but it is an unpleasant experience.

Resting Your ears from certain frequencies can benefit your Hearing long term!
Cant see it would do any harm at all!
Other than if you had a Fire and didn't hear the alarm going off!
Or if you Over-Slept and was late for Work or college!
