May sound crazy but if a guy doesn't "go" inside you can the pre-ejaculation still get you preggie?

Sure can! Although the number of sperm in pre-ejaculate is low, it only takes one, and that's a heck of a chance to mess with when a man produces thousands of sperm a day.
Use a condom if he's inside you at all, or if his penis is going to be touching or rubbing on your vaginal area. Those little swimmers love a challenge.

Not crazy. I'm afraid you can...strange as it may sound. You should always be on birth control or use a condom. If you are not planning on getting pregnant, don't even tempt fate...it's one of those things you'd rather not take your chances on...especially if you are not keen on the baby looking like or becoming a miniature of its dad

yes very much so.. if its coming out his penis.. its either urine or sperm. it doesn't matter if its clear or not. It still can knock u up. Dont ever fall for that..
