does this mean my password was stolen and what can i do if the answer is yes

For some reason, the web server you're trying to view can't connect to a MySQL database it needs. It doesn't mean your password was stolen.

If this is occurring on a website you don't own, then email their tech people and get them to fix it.

that is not because of stolen password, generally for big websites as SQL database is managed on a seperate secured firewall server, and many a times that server can be down due to maintainance or some other reason, that means that SQL database cant be connected too, they problem may get fixed as soon as the SQL database server is back to functionality
