No I believe there is a global system of Cash Supremacy and that most of the cash is being horded by people of European heritage - largely descended from the "aristocracy" - who happen to be mostly white though not of the same ethnic origin - every now and then some other ethnicity gains some wealth and joins the global system of Cash Supremacy but it is a closely guarded community and they do not admit new members easily.

I don't believe it is a global system... I think it is because mob mentality makes people do really stupid things. It doesn't take much more than a charamatic wacko to make a group of people believe ridiculous things like that they are better than someone else.
