Um. Same reason they say "try and" instead of correct English "try TO"........And "why does" and "why do" IS correct English.....I only wonder where the "how come" originated. Thinkin' you need to go back to school and take another English language course, along with spelling.....cos, did you realize how ignorant you sounded by misspelling "how?" siiiiiiiiiigh

that's stupid. human beings are human beings born interior u.s. of u.s.. no longer anybody stepping foot in this soil of united states or born in this united states are ecu-descent. It is said because it rolls off the tongue easier and has a better sound to it. It's not as bad as when they say "so don't I" or "so doesn't she/he".
