Both! As an actor, I think he has a definate gravitational appeal that still resonates today! He is one of the finest performers in the history of film. As a person, he comes across as an ****** with a huge chip on his shoulder. After what happened at the Oscars that were hosted by David Letterman, where he made a little joke about Nicholson hit the taxi with golf clubs, he made sure Letterman never got a shot by the Academy to host again.

He's been kind of giving the same type of performance every time. I think he needs to stretch into some other types of roles. Tired of the old lecher.
