Where I can get lighters like Sharon's in Basic Instinct 2?

In the movie she uses two, one of Big Ben and one of the other famous building in London which is very falic, but I can't recall the name of it - so if you know that, that would be great too.

It's an egg shaped building sorta falic what's it called in London, huge and covered in mirrors??????

I think that it was Big Ben, and they are all over London, so I guess you can look it up on the internet
