Patrick Byrne is the founder and CEO of Overstock.com.
Good concept but very poor execution as customer satisfaction is extremely low and the company is suffering from major I.T woes and order fulfillment is dismal to say the least.
It is very likely that this company will fold altogether of be absorbed by a larger on line retailer.
