Smoking makes you impotent and, eventually, dead. Also slowly kills everyone who's near you when you light up. So I don't think you should smoke. Although to be honest your mate probably deserves an early death for being so stupid, let him carry on (as long as he doesn't pollute your lungs in the process).

Smoking does not make you hard, infact over time your body and health will start deteriorating and you will 'less hard' than you were before. Have you been doing evercise or when looking push your sholders back and tense your pecks? i think that would be your more realisitic answer to your pecs firming.

I'm wondering just 'how you smoke a cigarette (in order to harden your pectorals)'.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hanging by your toenails from beams?

As everyone else here says, 'It won't HARDEN you in the way you think. But it is MORE than likely to harden you on other ways you really wouldn't like.'

Sash.

Please see the webpages for more details on tobacco smoking.
Tobacco use is the single largest preventable cause of cancer in the world. 40% of cancer could be prevented, mainly by not using tobacco, having a healthy diet, being physically active and preventing infections that may cause cancer.

Maybe it's making your fingers soft

(or maybe it's making other parts of you soft)

The only thing cigarettes harden is the lining of your arteries!
