It may have been a motorcycle it has one wheel in back and two in front.. I saw one at a gas station in Kuwait but they didn't speak english to tell me what it was

Messerschmitt, ( was in movie Brasil, Monty Python crew) BMW/Isetta, Morgan, Squire come to mind. The Squire used a Mini or similar front wheel drive car and removed everything not needed to make engine work then fitted some bodywork and a trailing wheel
Friend in work is selling Honda Goldwing rear mated to VW Beetle (original one) front end Done several thousand miles on it.
