There is a special tool for changing valve stem seals, available from your Peugot dealer. You can change these seals without removing your cylinder head, only the rocker cover. The tool holds the valve and prevents it from dropping into the cylinder bore, whilst you change each stem seal. It is worth finding out if the tool can be hired, because you will probably only use it once. It is much more cost effective though than removing your cylinder head - a cyl.head gasket set being costly and the job time consuming.
