Men have nipples because while only females have mammary glands, we all start out in a similar way in the embryo.
The embryo follows a female template until about six weeks, when the male sex chromosome kicks in. Men, however, have already developed nipples and thats why!

no thats a great question!! ive thought about it to. i think men have nipples because its just a genetic thing. if you believe in evolution one could say that somewhere along the line we fed our young.
not realy sure ? i dont think there is an answer for that.

men have nipples because as a fetus and you are devloping your body cant distinguesh sex so creates them but over time your body does and ive your male they stop devloping.
