These days, may berry well be the last days of my life! I"ve lived and loved! A few times I fell down and got back up! Sometimes people laughed at me...some times I laughed too. God blessed the broken roads I took, with intersections, and new directions. He put things in my path, that made me stop and take notice. I call them life's lessons. I tried to use them to my advantage, in an attempt to avoid all those potholes! Now, as my days may be dwindling, it seems ever clear, that it's not over yet. It doesn't end here! What's next? Hmmm.....not sure but I've a feeling it's gonna be really cool! My skin is trembling now, in anticipation of what's to come! When I go, I'll propose a final toast, "Here's to me, here's to you, and here's to all the ones that left before me!" Some who thought I may not make it, will greet me with a smile, and open arms.I will have reached ultimate euphoria, when I melt into the arms of my mom and dad and say, "Hey ya'll! I'm home!"

When I was sitting in Mayberry, drinking my cocktail with an umbrella in it reflecting on these days I held it up and said "Here's to you"!
