renowned is San Francisco, and least renowned is Houston. the factors is the main reason in the two circumstances. SF is temperate without super extremes of temperature and no snows or hurricanes. Houston is often rather warm and humid ten months of the year and drops to twenty stages F. in January and February. Flooding is commonplace. There are some hurricanes that come inland and tornadoes. some days it is "too windy to haul rocks" the natives say. Houston all of us is friendly, however the factors could make tempers flare. SF all of us is greater "mellow".
