On the Tool bar go to Format - Conditional Formatting.

A box appears leave the first option as 'Cell Value' , select 'less than' from the second drop down box, into the third put 110.

you need to make the format conditional

Select the cell
Click Format in the menu
Click Conditional Formatting

a small window opens

Cell value is - Less than - 110

Change the format (font, colour, etc) to your liking

On the format menu is a conditional formatting line, click that and fill in the details you want.

You need 'Conditional Formatting' under the Format menu. It's pretty self explanatory once you get in. Have a play with it!
