Tomato sauce is organic. I found with all organic stains, that peroxide works the best. Pour it on the stain, let it bubble and set, then add detergent to the spot, rub it in, wash with regular laundry. What do you think they put in all this "OXY" stuff they have on the market? It's plain and simple Peroxide! Another great stain remover I have found is Woolite Carpet Stain remover, it's awesome for everything (told to me from my step mom)! Best of Luck to ya!

Personally I use the Clorox bleach pen. You can apply it directly to the stain and it works great. I've used it on new stains and old ones as well. The tide stain pen is pretty awesome too, but I've only used it on fresh stains. Good Luck!

for fresh stains just add peroxide and let dry, it will bubble out the stain,, this also works on blood, ketchup, and a lot of other stains on whites and colors (i keep a bottle in my desk at work for lunch emergencies).

for set in stains, add peroxide, let dry and rub with a diluted detergent solution. good luck!

if you know anyone who sells or uses 'shaklee' products - the basic i (industrial strength cleaner) works great on tomato stains.

otherwise try white vinegar and 'head and shoulders' shampoo.

'cascade' dishwashER detergent (crystals, not gel) and HOT water. soak a few hours (till the water gets to room temp.) check. do it again untill it's gone. (works on haircolorists lab coat)
