Turn the iron on,once heated up turn off. Get some brown paper place it over the candle wax and then iron over the brown paper. the wax Will melt on to the paper, if the the iron cool es down to much then turn it on again for a little while. It also works on carpets. Just get the right temperature first.

When I spilt wax on the carpet I was given some great advice which should work just as well on a t-shirt. Put a piece of kitchen roll over the wax and use an iron on a low setting. It will melt out and be absorbed into the kitchen roll.

Candle wax may be removed by boiling. Bring a gallon of water to the boil and drop the shirt in - no soap. Hope this works.

Once you have tried covering in kitchen paper and ironing - buy some 'Shout' - generously spray and put on hot wash. Always best to treat any stain before washing and drying!!

You need to put some tissue or a rag on the drips and then iron them. The iron melts the wax and the cloth/tissue absorbs it. It is a painstaking process - perhaps if you scrape off as much as you can first, it will speed it up...good luck.

It's late, but try the following.
Put the garment between sheets of absorbent paper and use a hot iron on it several times. Take care not to burn the shirt.
