Puffer fish toxin is called tetrodotoxin, and there is no an antidote for it. In Japan,the preparation of Puffer fish requires a special license. Finally, farm-raised puffer fish doesn't have toxin.

No ... so I don't recommend preparing it yourself!!
Even well-qualified chefs with years of experience can make that fatal mistake - although it's extremely rare for that to happen - so the odds of a novice getting it right are very LOW!!
