There is no 100% fool proof birth control method. However, for the boys, condoms would be the best method. Condoms provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases, and prevent any sperms entering a female's body. Spermicides are also recommended as they can destroy most sexually transmitted diseases. For the girls, the pill or the female condom is a good idea. But the best thing would be that, both the partners use birth control methods while making love, ie, the boy can use a condom, while the girl uses the pills. This reduces the risks involved in having sex immensely, and also both the partners are involved in birth control methods - reducing the sense of guilt or worries that may rise up.

If you cannot cope with abstinence or getting your cycle dates correct, the contraceptive pill would be best the best, safest and most widely-used method of birth control.

birth control should be in between the couple so the best way is for the couple to think of spacing their children consenciously so that they can make natural birth control effective

Tubal ligation or vasectomy.Short of that, nothing is foolproof,but birth control pills in conjunction with a condom are fairly foolproof,not to mention much safer.

Well that depends on if you are a female or male. Condoms I would say is the best because it protects against STIS and HIV and also Pregnancy. The coil is also is good for females because it lasts for up to 5 years and prevents pregnancy. :) hope this helps.

There is many idfferent options out there, the pill always worked for me but you need to remember taking it. discuss it with your GP
