The easiest way to do this is use the Notepad file found in Programs-->Accessories folder.
Anything you paste into Notepad will be converted just to "raw text"; if you recopy it from there you can then paste it anywhere and have no formatting issues.

Update your antivirus's virus definitions and run a full system scan. Or go for an online scan from norton... Must be a Virus

Lemme guess, you've got a Pirate version of XP and Office XP and you've gone and got yourself SP2 and, to make matters even worse, you've gone and got yourself Kaspersky?

pause your kaspersky's application protection settings or set i to lower level and Try once. Kaspersky is smart and also acts as oversmart
