Is it the rides, the themes? The location? What things would make you go to a theme park?

Unlike other people, I think that rides are the most vital to your theme park. They are what people do all day, and why they even come. Shows are only so limited, and merchandise can be found at the mall. The fod isn't that great either.

The price for the experience needs to be reasonable. If it's more dumpy park, the price should be cheaper.

The location can sometimes be a hinderance. If a park is in the middle of nowhere, and it's not a great park, you have a problem.

Guest relations is the last big thing. If rides are operating with more than one train when needed, and the park closes early when they said that it's not supposed to on the internet, guests can get really mad. Who's fault is this? Should people come back to the park, or not? If you have had a bad experience, why should you come back??

All are important...

rides, of course, not for everyone, but they are a major part of any park, a good combination of fast and scary, and slow and gentle rides...

Themes, especially for younger children, like for example Disney land - even if you don't like rides, you can still have fun at the magic castle and meet Mikey mouse etc...

Location - if it is close I will be more likely to go, and if it is way too far, I will probably not bother.

Price, if it is too expensive you are less likely to go, or if you do, to go that often.
