Not me!! I'm always the one who changes it!!
It could have been my 4 year old son, who takes half a roll to wipe, then doesn't change it....
Or my darling bf, who leaves one square of paper stuck to the roll, and the goes "I didn't change it 'cos it wasn't finished yet"...
Or even the cat - who likes to attack the end of the roll, get it stuck on her claw and then run about the house trailing paper behind her until she finds a suitable place to hide it (under the sofa or under my bed) - she never replaces it either!!...
