If it's a newish car the dealer can cut you one from the vin number. If old, a locksmith can make you one.

Failing the above suggestions and you can get into the car, you can replace all the barrels with new ones (or ones from a scrappy). Its a big job.
You'd also have to look out for imobilisers. The decoding chip is in the key, so you'd have to replace the ECU as well, or at least get it recoded.

If it's a new car, you will have to go to a dealership for it. Cars nowadys have keys that come with a built-in electronic chip in it, which works with the theft deterrent lock system. Be ready with the documentation of ownership and the VIN.

contact Ur car dealer, they might charge something from u or u can do another cheap way, find a key man, he'll made a key for Ur car within 20 Min's.

You can only call out a locksmith and they are open 24 hours. The police force use to help in this area but no longer does this unless under a crisis emergency.

They are right the dealer can make you a new one in a minute using the VIN #. It only cost me $ 2-3.
